General Principles for Halal food

Eleven generally accepted principles relating to Halal (permitted means) and Haram (meaning not allowed) in Islam, which give direction to the usual practice of the Muslim (Al- Qaradawi, 1984):

- The basic rule is that all God's material creation are Halal except a few are said to be Haram.

- The right to make legal and illegal is God's own. Someone - whether divine or human rights anywhere - and this right can not be changed.

- The prohibition does offer what Halal and Haram allow what is being provided is guilty of blasphemy, attribution, share power with God.

- What is permitted is sufficient and what is prohibited is not necessary for
with us. God only forbids what is not needed and does not
weight, whereas he will provide what is better for us.

- The reason that an object (thing) is prohibited by impure or harmful. A Muslim does not need to know exactly why or how that one thing (that) God is said to be unclean or harmful. It is possible for obvious reasons but also for some reason it does not know.

- What leads to things (that) they are themselves Haram Haram. If an object (thing) is to be Haram, any object (thing) that led to it also being considered Haram.

- Make something illegal become legal is Haram. What God forbidden, we can not make them legitimate interpretation of the words are superficial.

- As a man of faith as a legitimate parallel with the mind (niyah) well, his work becomes worship activities. Conversely, if the work is itself Haram is Haram always good mind whether there is, as the noble purpose it any way. Islam does not accept employment Haram borrow to get a valid result. In fact, here not only requires a great outcome that means chosen to achieve dieuay must also correct.

- Stay away from any suspicion. Between about transparency - legal and illegal - there is always a gray space, which is what is suspicious. Islam considers avoid doubt, an act of worship.

- Scope of the taboo in Islam is a finite, but very hit
strongly adhere to them. At the same time, Islam does not ignore the
exigencies of life, especially for human health
or tolerance when faced with special circumstances
special. Islam allows the use of animals in case Haram risk to
threatening (starvation or were killed), but with just enough to overcome
tribulation and sustainment.

- Objects (things) Haram banned for everyone. Islamic law applies to all men, all nations, all faiths. There is no discrimination against any class privilege. In fact, in Islam there is no privileged class. Therefore, there is no discrimination exists in Islam. This principle applies not only for Muslims but for the whole people together who are not Muslim to Muslim.

- Scope of the taboo in Islam is a finite, but very stressed in compliance with them. At the same time, Islam does not ignore the exigencies of life, especially for human health or stamina when faced with exceptional circumstances. Islam allows use of Haram animals in the event of life-threatening risk to (starvation or were killed), but with sufficient numbers to overcome distress and sustainment.

The principles in this article are of a general nature, special rules for each product will be different in the post
